Q: What if I need to reschedule?
A: You can reschedule by using the calendar above, just make sure its 48hrs prior to the scheduled appointment, or we won’t be able to change the time.
Q: What if I lose internet during the call?
A: This is why we use WhatsApp, in most cases we can carry on the call even when you lose internet connection. If for some reason we begin the call and realize the quality is too low, we will reschedule.
Q: What if your available times don’t work with my schedule?
A: Sorry! We only offer what’s available on the calendar.
Q: What skills can you help with?
A: Pretty much any of them… except tooling. If I am unable to help with what you are working on, we will cancel the appointment and refer you to someone who would be better suited to help.
